Here’s what you can expect when you apply to join our team:

Step 1: Apply Online

Found a role that feels like a great fit? Awesome! Submit your resume and a brief cover letter through our Careers Page or email us directly. Tell us about your experience, your interests, and why you’re excited about working with us. We love learning what makes people smile.

Step 2: Application Review

Our hiring team carefully reviews every application. If your background and experience align with what we’re looking for, we’ll reach out to schedule an initial conversation. If it’s not the right match now, we may keep your info on file for future opportunities—we’re always growing.

Step 3: Initial Interview

This is our chance to get to know you better. Depending on the role, it may be a phone or video call with a team lead or office manager. We’ll talk about your background, goals, and what excites you about working in orthodontics. You’ll also get the chance to ask us questions and learn what makes My Happy Braces unique.

Step 4: In-Person Visit

If things feel like a match, we’ll invite you to visit one of our offices. You’ll meet the team, tour the space, and see how we care for patients in real time. Some roles may also include a working interview or brief skills assessment so we can see how you interact in the clinic environment.

Step 5: Reference Check

Before moving forward with an offer, we’ll connect with a few of your professional references to learn more about your experience and working style.

Step 6: Welcome to the Team!

Once everything clicks, we’ll extend an offer and officially welcome you to the My Happy Braces family. From onboarding to training and beyond, we’ll be with you every step of the way as you get settled into your new role.
