Clear aligners offer a discreet and comfortable way to straighten your teeth without the need for traditional braces.
At Happy Braces Orthodontics, we offer customized clear aligner solutions, including Invisalign, to help you achieve your perfect smile with minimal disruption to your lifestyle.

What Are Clear Aligners?
Clear aligners are a series of transparent, removable trays that gently shift your teeth into the desired position. Each set of aligners is custom-made to fit your teeth and is changed every few weeks as your teeth gradually straighten. Clear aligners are a popular option for patients who want an almost invisible orthodontic solution.
Why Choose Clear Aligners?

Discreet Treatment
The clear, transparent aligners are nearly invisible, making them ideal for adults and teens who prefer a more subtle way to straighten their teeth.

Comfortable
Made from smooth plastic, clear aligners are comfortable to wear and don’t have any metal brackets or wires that could irritate the inside of your mouth.

Removable
You can remove the aligners when eating, drinking, brushing, or flossing, which makes it easier to maintain your oral hygiene compared to traditional braces.

Effective
Clear aligners can treat a variety of orthodontic issues, from mild to moderate misalignments, overbites, underbites, and gaps between teeth.

Fewer Office Visits
With clear aligners, you'll typically need fewer check-ups, as the aligners are replaced at home, reducing the number of in-office visits.
The Treatment Process

Initial Consultation
During your consultation with Dr. Babak Yousefi, we’ll assess your smile and discuss your goals. We’ll take digital impressions of your teeth to create a 3D model, which will be used to design your custom aligners.

Customized Treatment Plan
Dr. Yousefi will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. This plan will include the timeline for your treatment, the number of aligners you’ll need, and the expected results.

Receiving Your Aligners
Once your custom aligners are ready, we’ll give you your first set and explain how to wear them. You’ll need to wear your aligners for 20-22 hours a day, removing them only when eating or drinking.

Progress Check-Ups
Every 6-8 weeks, you’ll visit our office for a quick check-up to monitor your progress and ensure that your teeth are shifting as planned. We may provide you with additional sets of aligners during these visits.

Completion
Once your teeth are aligned, you’ll receive a retainer to help maintain your new smile. The retainer will ensure your teeth stay in their final position after your treatment is complete.
Common Questions About Braces
How long will I need to wear braces?
The duration of your treatment depends on the complexity of your case. On average, braces are worn for 18 to 24 months. However, some patients may need treatment for a shorter or longer time depending on their specific needs.
Are braces painful?
While braces may cause some discomfort after adjustments, they should not be painful. You may experience mild soreness, but this can be relieved with over-the-counter pain relievers. Our team is always here to help if you experience any discomfort.
How do I take care of my braces?
Good oral hygiene is essential when you have braces. Brushing and flossing around your braces are key to preventing cavities and gum issues. We’ll provide you with instructions and tips on how to clean your braces and teeth effectively.
Can I eat normally with braces?
With braces, there are some foods to avoid—sticky, hard, or chewy foods can damage your braces. However, you can still enjoy most of your favorite foods with a little modification.
