At your first appointment, you'll meet Dr. Babak Yousefi and our friendly team, take a tour of our office, and have the chance to ask any questions you may have.
We want to ensure that your first visit is comfortable, informative, and sets the stage for a successful orthodontic journey.

A Warm Welcome
When you arrive, our front desk team will greet you and assist with any remaining paperwork. If you’ve already completed your forms online, great—we’ll get you started right away. Our goal is to make sure you feel at ease as soon as you walk in.

Complimentary Consultation
During your initial consultation, we’ll provide a comprehensive exam that includes digital photos and X-rays (if necessary). This helps us assess your smile, bite, and overall oral health. Based on the results, we’ll determine if orthodontic treatment is needed and discuss the best course of action.

Personalized Treatment Plan
Dr. Yousefi will go over your results and present your personalized treatment plan. Whether you’re considering metal braces, clear aligners like Invisalign, or other cosmetic options, we’ll explain the benefits, timeline, and expected outcomes. We want to make sure you understand your options and feel confident about the treatment you choose.

Financial and Insurance Review
We believe everyone deserves a healthy, confident smile, which is why we offer affordable treatment options. Our team will review your insurance coverage, explain your payment options, and answer any questions you may have. We accept most PPO and HMO insurance plans, including Medi-Cal, and offer flexible financing to fit your budget.

Next Steps
If you’re ready to move forward with treatment, we’ll schedule your next appointment. In some cases, we may even begin treatment on the same day, so you can start your smile transformation immediately!
